Island Iz is situated in northern Dalmatia, between Dugi otok and Ugljan. Island Iz has two tourist villages; Veli Iz and Mali Iz. Veli Iz and Mali Iz are beautiful little villages, surrounded by fig trees, olive gardens and vegetable plantations. Iz is the most picturesque island of the Zadar archipelago. It is covered with typical Mediterranean bush and cultivated with approximately 70.000 olive trees.

Island Iz can be reached from Zadar by bus (there is bus every hour), by car (you can park your car at the guarded parking place in Zadar or you can take a ferry boat from Zadar), by a regular or speed boat line. Zadar is well connected through its airport and other means of transportation with the rest of Croatia and Europe.

Hyatt Regency Suzhou opened in Suzhou

Hyatt Regency Suzhou has formally opened in the city of Suzhou, known for its ancient canals, stone bridges and UNESCO-listed classic gardens.

Located in the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), Hyatt Regency Suzhou is part of Jinghope Plaza, a new complex project that includes a luxury shopping mall, entertainment venues and two Grade-A office buildings.

Hyatt Regency Suzhou 
has a subway station at its doorstep, and is expected to become a key connecting point between Suzhou and Shanghai, offering easy accessibility to visiting guests. It takes just 25 minutes by train to reach Shanghai, one hour by car to reach Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, and 10 minutes by car to reach Suzhou SIP Railway Station, the transportation hub of Yangtze River Delta region. The Suzhou International Expo Center is nearby as well.
The hotel offers 355 spacious guestrooms and suites plus a Regency Club. There are five restaurants and lounges, more than 15,000 square feet of innovative meeting and event venues, and spa and wellness facilities.

Hyatt Regency Suzhou features both international flavors and authentic local dishes with fresh seasonal ingredients. Hua Chi 88 is a Chinese dining restaurant serving authentic Suzhou and Huaiyang cuisines, Taihu Boat cuisine from nearby Tai Lake, and Peking duck roasted over fruitwood in the traditional duck oven. Live show kitchens throughout the dining room add to the theatrical atmosphere. Six private dining rooms feature large windows and private bathrooms.

The Fireplace is an international grill restaurant with a European bistro-style ambience. The open kitchen serves up Italian pizzas and grilled specialties. The Fireplace also features a mosaic and marble bar with a Manhattan vibe.

Tea House on the ground floor serves light snacks, beverages and cocktails, and provides free Wi-Fi.

Novotel Vines Resort and Golf Club signs with Mission Hills Golf Club

The Novotel Vines Resort and Golf Club of Australia has signed a reciprocal agreement with Mission Hills Golf Club in China – one of the most famous cluster of golf courses in the Asian region. The Vines is the only Australian golf club that has the exclusive reciprocal agreement with all these seven courses, namely Leadbetter, Rose-Poulter, Annika, Els, Faldo, Ozaki and Vijay.

Mission Hills is recognised by the Guinness Book of Records as the largest golf course in the world with a 20 sq km complex featuring twelve 18-hole courses. It also hosts The World Cup of Golf and the Asian Amateur Championship. Under the agreement, the Vines Resort Golf Club members will be able to play for free (no green fees) when they visit Mission Hills. 


In addition to access to the seven golf courses, Vines members are entitled to transport their golf clubs for free together with a generous baggage allowance of 2 bags of up to 23 kgs each (46 kg total) if they fly economy with China Southern Airlines, via the Chinese city of Guangzhou. Flying three times a week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, China Southern offers the only direct flight to China from Perth.

The New Look of URBN Hotel in Shanghai

NEXT Hotel opened in Brisbane, Australia

SilverNeedle Hospitality has officially declared its flagship NEXT Hotel open in Brisbane, together with the Lennons Restaurant & Bar, a modern restaurant and bar featuring Queensland’s best artisanal produce.


Lennons was the name of the hotel in the NEXT Hotel building prior to SilverNeedle Hospitality carrying out its rebranding and redevelopment as the NEXT Hotel Brisbane.
